WHAT THE DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

• Adequately manage collection process with clients and reinsurers, monitoring through SOX reports, Carry out corresponding reconciliations of payments received vs. balances recorded in the system, promptly reporting any inconsistencies and/or proceeding with the wire transfers to reinsurers and/or cedant if appropriate.

• To Analyze, Validate and Build the portfolio provision report monthly, projecting the impacts that will be receive in the next 3 months and taking the corresponding actions to mitigate their impacts, as well as carrying out the analysis, reconciliation and collection to control the provision’s company, ensuring that this item is kept at minimum levels, and raising the alerts that they consider vital to escalate highly complex cases.

• Periodically hold meetings with clients and reinsurers in order to maintain adequate management of the portfolio, and seeking to strengthen commercial ties through the relationship of the operations areas of the different companies.
• To Analyze and Lead proportional contracts through the technical account control file, corroborating the information provided by the Cedent in each quarterly cut, and making the payments and/or collections to which there are place for both cedants and reinsurers, appropriately and timely leading the differences that may arise in the agreed contractual conditions. Guarantee that the technical operation is carried out effectively, complying with the payment conditions established in each contract and/or business with cedents and reinsurers.
• Upload information (client request, reconciliation email, information sent to reinsurers) to the production system
• Preparation, analysis and presentation of metrics for the commercial area in times of renovation or when required and Support to regional projects and their implementation in the cluster.
• Leadership of the team under his responsibility.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT WILL LEAD TO SUCCESS

• Professional in Administrative, Accounting, Financial or related careers.
• 5 years of experience in Insurance, Reinsurance or Brokerage companies.
• English: Upper Intermediate.
• Office Package, Advanced Excel (including Formulation, concatenated formulation, database management, and knowledge in Macros) and PowerBI.
