We currently have a vacancy for a Director, Commercial & Farm Insurance in our Windsor, ON, Head Office.
As Director, Commercial & Farm Insurance the incumbent is responsible for leading the Commercial and Farm team within All-Risks Insurance. Using the strategic plan as a template, you will work collaboratively with branch, divisional, and executive leadership to provide guidance and ensure operational performance measures are set and executed.
In this role, the incumbent will lead the implementation of corporate programs focused on growth and innovation, provide guidance and mentorship to developing brokers, and develop the internal commercial and farm programs within the organization.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 10 years’ commercial and farm insurance experience including underwriting, sales, and coaching within brokerage and direct insurance companies.
  • CIP, CRM, and/or CAIB is considered an asset.
  • RIBO License in good standing is required.
