As the Director, Communications & Education (Members & Employers), you’ll lead the charge in shaping how we connect with over 600 participating employers and 105,000 members. In this key role, you’ll ensure that every interaction - whether through tailored communication, engaging education programs, or strategic support - builds trust, deepens awareness, and strengthens our relationships with the employers and plan members we proudly serve. And above all, that they reinforce CAAT’s purpose to improve retirement security for Canadians.
As part of one of Canada’s fastest-growing pension plans, you’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure our employer and member communications, and education activities align with CAAT’s long-term goals. Your work will play a vital role in helping empower employers to maximize the value of the CAAT Pension Plan while giving members the information and tools to make the most of their pension journey.
From overseeing impactful content development to enhancing onboarding communications for new employers, you’ll bring a strategic, hands-on approach to how we inform, engage and educate. And as a mentor to a talented team, you’ll cultivate an environment of collaboration and excellence.
