YOUR QUALIFICATION:

• You have at least 8 years of experience in the disciplinary management of a team of engineering managers in software engineering / cloud infrastructure and several years of experience as a developer / cloud specialist (m/f/x).
• Ideally, you are familiar with one of the following technologies: Spring Boot, React, Kotlin or Java. You have experience with modern software architecture patterns and are rock solid with DevOps practices such as YBIYRI, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud solutions (we use AWS).
• Domain-Driven Design and Continuous Delivery are in your blood, and if something goes wrong, a post-mortem is more important to you than assigning blame.
• You see yourself as a ‘servant leader’ or ‘playing coach’ and you have no problems jumping in by yourself if it’s needed.
• You communicate fluently in English with internal and external partners and mediate easily between ‘tech’ and ’non-tech’.
