QUALIFICATIONS

• Significant previous experience in selling and leading Business consulting projects
• Deep understanding of the local market needs and challenges
• Proven record of attracting new clients as well as building long-lasting relationships with the existing ones
• Being able to identify opportunities on the market and solutions to the client’s needs
• Leader with a client-oriented attitude
• Fluency in French and English, plus a good practical knowledge of the other Belgian national language; other languages advantageous
• Entrepreneurial mindset and excellent relationship building skills

JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive the development of the Business Consulting practice in local accounts through your knowledge of the financial services market and your network with collaboration of the global NTT DATA network
• Lead NTT DATA Business Consulting growth
• Continuously develop NTT DATA Business Consulting service offerings and references to propose approaches to support our clients’ ambition in Luxembourg and France
• Progressively build solid relationships with the client’s management based on excellence in project delivery and insights to address their strategic challenges
• Deliver innovative and relevant service value propositions
• Hold regular meetings with CXOs
• Develop commercial proposals and offers
• Supervise teams of managers, consultants and experts and manage the scope, proposing the methodology and controlling the quality of the deliverables
• Build and lead a team of Business Consultants through hiring and internal promotion with different experience levels
• Be responsible for retention and recruitment of qualified people
• Coach your team members and share your expertise and train them “on the job”
• Manage consulting teams based upon the principles of trust, transparency and equity
• Act as NTT DATA Ambassador during various events
• Contribute to the Business Consulting division development
