To further drive our growth and transformation, we are looking for a dynamic Director of Corporate Strategy to join our team in Bad Homburg.
Your assignments

• Orchestrate and participate in the development of Fresenius Kabi’s corporate and business segment strategies in collaboration with interdisciplinary project teams, supporting financial planning and strategic decision-making.
• Continuously improve and steer the corporate strategy process, developing innovative tools and formats to ensure transparent communication and active stakeholder engagement.
• Support the performance management process, ensuring consistent and aligned strategy execution alongside the Strategy and Transformation team.
• Facilitate and lead strategy review meetings, workshops, and high-priority projects in cooperation with business units and functional leadership teams.
• Prepare strategic presentations and key documents for the CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
• Support M&A-related projects.

What we’re looking for

• Master’s degree in business, economics, industrial engineering, or natural sciences. An MBA or PhD is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in corporate strategy, preferably in a top management consultancy and / or a strategy department ideally within the life sciences, healthcare, or medical devices industry.
• Proven ability to orchestrate and execute strategies, solve complex challenges, and lead strategic discussions.
• Strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
• Resilient, self-reliant, and entrepreneurial, with excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with international business environments and willingness to travel for project-related work.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
