Director, Cyber Security Solutions
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director, Cyber Security Solutions to join our team. In this leadership role, you will leverage your extensive experience with renowned cybersecurity vendors to define, develop, and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for our business. You will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our cybersecurity product and managed services offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a robust go-to-market strategy for cybersecurity products and managed services.
- Align the strategy with business goals, market demands, and emerging cybersecurity trends.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight to the cybersecurity sales and marketing teams.
- Vendor Relationships:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with leading cybersecurity vendors.
- Negotiate and manage partnerships, ensuring optimal terms and conditions.
- Stay updated on vendor product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with our offerings.
- Product and Service Development:
- Identify and evaluate new cybersecurity products and services to enhance our portfolio.
- Oversee the integration of new products and services into our existing offerings.
- Ensure the development of comprehensive training and support materials for sales and technical teams.
- Sales and Marketing:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions and sales collateral.
- Develop targeted marketing campaigns to promote cybersecurity products and services.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
- Customer Engagement:
- Engage with key customers and prospects to understand their cybersecurity needs and challenges.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations on cybersecurity solutions.
- Foster long-term relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Performance Management:
- Set performance targets and KPIs for the cybersecurity business unit.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the go-to-market strategy.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) is preferred.
- Extensive experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on product management, sales, and go-to-market strategy.
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with well-known cybersecurity vendors and their products.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for cybersecurity solutions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze complex market data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
