Description:

Enghouse Interactive is seeking a leader to spearhead the development of innovative demand generation strategies, combining visionary leadership with impactful results. We are looking for a candidate who excels in both strategy development and campaign management within a flat organizational structure.
Ideal candidates will have experience in smaller startups where they have been involved in both strategic planning and hands-on execution. We are particularly interested in individuals who are based in the EST or CST time zones to facilitate better collaboration with our primarily European-based team.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy: Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns with a specific budget to drive lead generation. Develop creative ideas and strategies to attract potential customers, focusing on our interactive division and call center solutions.
  • Regional Management: Lead and manage campaign managers across five regions, including overseeing an operational analyst and content designer. Ensure high-quality execution of campaigns and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Hands-On Involvement: While primarily strategic, the role requires active participation in the daily execution of campaigns and content creation.
  • Budget Management: Oversee a budget of $3-4 million USD, leveraging prior experience managing smaller budgets of $1-2 million USD.
  • Sales Enablement: Drive cross-selling and enablement efforts across a global sales channel.
  • Global Travel: Travel approximately 10% of the time, primarily within Europe, to effectively oversee global marketing initiatives.
  • Demand Generation Strategies: Develop and implement demand generation strategies for new logos, existing customers, and partners.
  • Martech Tools: Utilize Pardot/Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other Martech tools for campaign execution and performance tracking.
  • Annual Planning: Collaborate on the annual planning process for the Marketing & Demand Gen team, including setting objectives, managing financials, and planning budget and headcount.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales leadership team and sales representatives to ensure marketing’s efforts are leading to new bookings and revenue.
