Our vision: A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Wrike is looking for a remote Demand Marketing Director to conceptualize, create, implement, and optimize integrated marketing programs to generate and influence pipeline and bookings. This person will also manage a team of campaign marketers.

You’ll be the owner of our campaign strategy and requirements, and work with internal marketing and operations teams to move projects forward. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and other teams in the development and execution of integrated, buyer journey-driven marketing programs with the primary goal of driving pipeline and bookings.

  • Drive Wrike’s integrated campaign strategy from ideation to execution.
  • Develop, execute, analyze, and optimize targeted, multi-channel, B2B marketing programs, activities, and tactics to create demand and accelerate buying cycles
  • Collaborate with sales, sales development, and other partners to maximize the ROI of all campaigns, with pipeline as the primary KPI
  • Develop and maintain a regular campaign measurement framework. Define campaign level KPIs and ensure optimization to demand generation funnel targets.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for lead management and lead follow-up
  • Review campaign performance, compile lessons learned, and communicate recommendations for improvement to stakeholders
  • Successfully partner with other internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time and on budget
  • Navigate complex workflows, working relationships, and regional differences to be part of a collaborative working environment
  • Manage and develop a best-in-class team of campaign marketers
