This pivotal role comes with profit and loss responsibility exceeding 500 million NOK. You’ll oversee services, projects, and product businesses, while being empowered to disrupt, drive strategy, and cultivate a high-performance culture.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN OUR CANDIDATE?

We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 10 years of P&L management experience in service, project, and technology businesses, along with a strong understanding of international real estate and construction markets. Your commercial acumen and track record in business development and organizational transformation will be vital.

We also think that the following background is essential for your success:

• Technical or commercial education (BBA, MSc, MBA or equivalent)
• Experience in working in a matrix in an international environment.
• Solid experience of people management.
• Project and change management experience in leading transformation initiatives
