Overview:
IDC seeks a results-driven Director, Digital Product Management to lead the strategic direction of our IT Sales Velocity product. This position is critical to defining, designing, and scaling the digital platform that revolutionizes how IDC delivers customer data products. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a proven track record of building and launching successful data-centric products, a passion for user experience, and the ability to inspire and guide high-performing product teams.
Responsibilities:
- Define and champion the product vision for IDC Velocity, aligned with IDC’s overall business objectives and customer needs.
- Develop new products, and maintain strategic roadmaps, balancing customer value, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on data-driven insights and market trends.
- Dive deep and partner effectively with engineering teams to ensure the product is built on a scalable, secure, and high-performance technology stack.
- Collaborate with UX teams to ensure the Velocity product delivers world-class user experience, incorporating customer feedback and industry best practices.
- Lead and mentor a small team of Product Owners, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Use data and analytics to monitor product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Understand the market landscape and determine the Ideal Customer Profile.
- Partner closely with the business lead and cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, etc.) to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Partner with the Product Leads of individual data products delivered through the platform and understand the data of each of the data products and the use cases in which each data product is applicable
