Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead the development and execution of AMA’s digital product strategy and roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Transformation Officer to ensure alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to generate and evolve ideas, integrating brand and marketing goals with business objectives.
- Champion the member journey and deliver exceptional digital experiences that meet and exceed member expectations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, conduct market research, and identify opportunities for growth and enhancement.
- Manage and mentor a team of digital product professionals, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development.
- Drive the successful implementation and adoption of digital products, ensuring seamless integration and a positive user experience.
WHAT YOU’VE DONE
- A proven track record of success in leading digital product strategy and delivery, preferably within a member-focused organization.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in digital member experience, user-centric design, and emerging digital technologies.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable digital product initiatives.
- Excellent leadership and collaboration abilities, with a track record of effectively working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
- A passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
