Job Description
TechStyleOS is the globally integrated Operations and Services provider behind some of the fastest growing online fashion brands in history, including Fabletics, Savage X Fenty, JustFab, Yitty, ShoeDazzle, and FabKids.
TechStyle launched Fabletics after realizing there was a gap in the activewear marketplace: there were plenty of luxury brands, but none that offered stylish and high-quality gear at an accessible price point.
Fabletics offers high-quality, fashion-forward activewear for women. From premium training gear to performance-inspired swimsuits and lifestyle dresses, our designs embody the core principles of fit, function and style – all at great prices. This is where the inspiration starts. Beyond the clothing, we foster a community of people who embrace our mantra – “Live Your Passion” – every day.
With offices in Berlin, London, Barcelona and headquarters in Los Angeles, we’re currently looking for a full-time Director Ecommerce Operations EU based in our Berlin office.
How Do You Fit In?
As the Director of Ecommerce, you will lead the ecommerce operations across multiple markets (DE+AT, UK, FR+BE, ES, SE, DK, NL). This role combines daily operational management with strategic leadership, collaborating closely with the VP of Ecommerce to drive operational excellence and innovation in ecommerce.
This role reports to the Vice President of Ecommerce.

What you will do:

  • Ensure an on-brand website experience, optimizing daily for maximum conversion and usability.
  • Lead or support in global process integration, structural improvements, and development of tooling and website setup.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Ecommerce and other departments (Media Marketing, CRM, Brand Partnerships) to direct site traffic effectively, supporting performance and inventory goals.
  • Analyze and provide feedback on the assortment, working closely with the buying department to optimize inventory, product lineup for optimal conversion, branding, and price points (margins).
  • Drive and improve price point optimization to strategize on inventory sell-through, conversion rates, and margins.
  • Manage and review campaign briefings, website operations, asset uploads, and quality assurance.
  • Conduct performance reviews, reporting, and documentation.
  • Plan and coordinate campaign and merchandise photo shoots, and implement campaigns on site.
  • Lead and mentor your teams, fostering a high-performance work culture.
  • Integrate with the SEO team to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
  • Define and implement OKRs and service levels, organize quarterly offsites, and focus on team development.

What you will bring:

  • Minimum 7 years (ideally more) of relevant experience in ecommerce or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience with at least 5 years in managerial roles.
  • Familiarity with Builder.IO, Office Suite, Asana/MS Planner, Teams/Slack, Tableau/Microstrategy/PowerBI, Heap, and other reporting tools.
  • Marketing/business degree or MBA preferred.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment and managing across different markets.
  • Excellent English and German language skills.
  • Good sense of humor and a hands-on/ can-do attitude.
  • Drive and hunger for having a positive business impact and empowering teams to operate at their best.
  • Passion for athletic wear and our products.
  • Ability to travel 1-2 times per year to the USA.

What’s in it for you?

  • Compensation: Our compensation package includes a competitive salary, a flexible annual bonus scheme, and participation in our company equity program.

You can use the morning for career development programs and company sponsored mentorship opportunities and spend your afternoon taking care of personal goals that matter most to you!
  • Work Life Balance: As an international company we understand that not everybody works the same hours, so if you need to start late, finish early, or take time for yourself during the middle of the day, go ahead! Also, we care about maintaining healthy work life balance, so we have introduced the policy of no meetings Friday!
  • Health & Wellness Benefit: Fitness is in our DNA, that’s why we partnered with ClassPass and offer discounts in the memberships, plus we offer a Premium subscription in the Calm App and Healthkick Platform.
