  • Develop and implement strategic e-commerce and brand marketing plans tailored to product categories and business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor marketing managers in creating and executing category-specific strategies, including brand positioning and messaging.
  • Ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Develop strategies to acquire, activate, and retain customers, engaging them across the entire shopping journey.
  • Collaborate with channel owners to activate e-commerce and brand strategies across various marketing channels.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and brand performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Oversee product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand initiatives to maximize sales, brand engagement, and customer loyalty.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies to achieve both sales and brand goals.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and brand marketing.

Responsibilities:

The Director eCommerce Strategy (Fanatical) will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to drive online sales growth, enhance the digital customer experience, and strengthen the brand’s market presence. Reporting to the VP of Lifecycle Marketing, this role oversees marketing managers responsible for different product categories, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful product launches. The director will also manage brand marketing efforts to ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging. Collaboration with channel owners to activate marketing strategies across various channels is a key aspect of this role, though these owners do not report directly to this position.
