Ansell is looking for a Director, EMEA Industrial Commercial Operations to join our team in Brussels.
In this position you will play a vital role in driving profitable sales growth and customer retention by leading a high-performing Commercial Operations team.
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOUR ROLE WILL BE?
Reporting to the Senior Director Commercial Operations, and being the partner to the VP of the Commercial Unit, you will have the opportunity to:
- Build and develop a high performing team fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture. Talent management and career development will be a key focus as you shape the Commercial Operations team, which comprises of Regional Planning, Customer Experience and Order Management.
- Build a strong partnership with the commercial organisation to evolve our customer journey, driving excellence in execution, improving Customer Performance Indicators and ultimately delighting customers.
- Review and redesign processes which link our regional planning and customer experience organisations to improve internal efficiency and ensure scalability. Drive accountability and ownership via key processes that impact customer experience metrics.
- Lead the Integrated Business Planning process to ensure long term business planning decisions. through cross-functional collaboration, tracking of leading and lagging indicators to ensure we are set to deliver profitable growth, understanding the environment we are operating and managing risks and opportunities alongside the financial planning process.
- Implement and drive the Regional Control Tower to achieve operational excellence. Establish real-time visibility and control over 0-3m operations, drive short term cross functional actions to achieve the best service for our customers.
- Collaboration with Strategic partners: Work with Ansell’s partners for growth on forecasting, POS data sharing, and joint initiatives like VMI to achieve sales growth at optimum inventory levels.
- Voice of the customer - set up and monitor Customer Performance Indicators which represent the voice of our strategic partners. Drive changes required through the organisation to improve those metrics. Build a customer segmentation which focuses on a cost-to-serve approach with a differentiated service.

- Proven record of building and leading high-performance teams; strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Expertise in operational excellence, business planning, and process optimization.
- Know-how to develop business and strategic plans, ability to manage change and stakeholders
- Customer-centric, detail-oriented with ability to thrive in dynamic environment.
- Strong expertise in analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, business intelligence tools).
- Languages: Fluent English (written & spoken)
