QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma/GED - Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field - Required
  • Master’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or Business - Preferred
  • 5 years Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or Architecture - Required
  • 10+ years Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or Architecture -Preferred
  • 5 years Healthcare facilities management experience Preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma - Black or Green Belt - to be obtained within 1 1/2 years of employment - Preferred
  • Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) - to be obtained within 1 1/2 years of employment - Preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) - Preferred
  • Registered Architect - Preferred
