Job Description
We are currently looking for a Director, Enterprise & Wholesales Sales Engineering to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for leading all pre-sales engineering for Enterprise & Wholesale, owning strategy creation & pre-sales engineering engagement for the business.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all sales engineering strategy, working cross-functionally within our organization – network planning, engineering/construction, & service delivery
- Responsible for creating & leading strategic projects & initiatives – internally & externally
- Consultatively approach customers to understand business challenges, clearly articulating strategies & solutions – internally & externally
- Provide oversight for customer designs, network infrastructure alignment, program development, processes, and technical documentation
- Lead critical projects & activities related to strategic carrier growth & network design
- Travel to customer meetings & industry conferences
- Strong public speaking – Ability to drive results from planning, strategy, & execution
- Oversee & assist the SE organization in preparing, completing, and presenting all technical designs and documentation to customers & internal stakeholders (engineering and Service Delivery)
- Deliver confidence to the wholesale customers by being a subject matter technology expert
- Play a critical role in developing the standards by which we evolve
