The lululemon Evolution Office (LEO) team is lululemon’s transformation office that exists to make sure lululemon’s strategy comes to life. We are a diverse team of internal advisors, facilitators, designers, and momentum-drivers who work across all lululemon’s functions and geographies. We focus on developing trusted partnerships and a deep understanding of lululemon’s operations to identify and prioritize opportunities to support operating model and process transformation, enterprise investment planning, and cross-functional program delivery - all in service of bringing lululemon’s strategy to life.
This Director will be part of the Enterprise Planning team within LEO, reporting to the Vice President, Enterprise Planning. This Enterprise Planning team is responsible for the end-to-end Enterprise Planning Process, Operational Planning, Enterprise Governance, The Rhythm of Business, Change Management and Program Management.
a day in the life
This Director will be responsible for the design and delivery of the end-to-end annual Enterprise Planning Process and annual Rhythm of Business calendar, as well as the design and implementation of annual Operational Planning.
core responsibilities

Enterprise Planning & Rhythm of Business

  • Design and deliver end-to-end annual Enterprise Planning timeline, outlining all key activities and milestones across Insights, Strategy Development, Operational Planning, Workforce Planning and Financial Planning (AOP).
  • Design and deliver annual Rhythm of Business calendar, including all Enterprise Planning and Enterprise Governance activities and other key Enterprise meetings.

Operational Planning

  • Design annual Operational Planning process, to make sure that the most important work is prioritized and resourced to deliver on our Strategy. Integral to the design process is addressing feedback and learnings from previous cycles and working in close partnership with the Strategy and FP&A teams.
  • Design, execute and facilitate Op Plan workshops to gain regional, cross-functional and leadership alignment on proposed Operational Planning Programs (OPPs) - the work to be done.
  • Optimize Op Plan intake, ensuring that all necessary information is provided by the business for prioritization.
  • Deliver Enterprise Planning Playbook, providing aggregated strategic, operational, headcount and financial guidance to the business for Op Plan intake.
  • Design and deliver October SLT offsite, resulting in prioritized list of most important work for the year, and facilitate a smooth handoff from Op Plan to AOP.
  • Deliver annual Operational Plan, and cascade across the Org as necessary.

qualifications

  • Minimum of 10-15+ years of relevant professional experience in this field of work, including management consulting and/or direct business operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, communications, leadership or related discipline.
  • Experience managing large, enterprise-wide projects involving cross-functional teams across many areas and levels of an organization.
  • Strategically minded yet also operationally oriented, and highly collaborative.
  • Expert presentation, written and verbal communication skills which brings clarity and precision at senior executive levels.
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking, strategic planning, and execution skills to drive organizational change.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing teams.

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $157,400 - 206,600 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy: In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
