REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of industry trends and the latest research, and a thought leader in leadership development.
  • Proven ability to build business acumen and use that acumen in designing leadership experiences to achieve business results.
  • Strategic thinker who also exhibits operational excellence when executing experiences at scale
  • Has a practical and collaborative approach to design and implementation, consistently focused on application over theory
  • Experience in working with C-level executives and their leadership teams in a collaborative way to diagnose and understand leadership performance gaps and how to address them at scale
  • Strong coaching and facilitation skills
  • Energized to lead the work and the team with velocity in a fast-paced environment while producing high-quality programs and tactical execution

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered
  • Masters in Learning, Organizational Development, Industrial / Organizational Psychology or HR management is a plus

Responsibilities:

Intuit’s goal is to grow transformational leaders who lead with a clear vision, build a high-performance culture and drive winning results. This role will be responsible for developing 500+ Executives, which includes all Director+ globally using the Intuit Leadership Playbook as the foundation for developing and delivering leadership experiences to build capability and drive business results. As an end-to-end thinker, this role will lead all aspects of executive development from understanding the business expectations of our leaders, diagnosing the capability gaps, developing programs and resources for Directors, Vice Presidents and Senior Vice Presidents and supporting leaders in adopting new behaviors to achieve their goals. This role includes building Executive Development experiences and tools and frameworks to support Onboarding, Succession Planning, Coaching and Leadership Assessment.
