At LUMINOR Environmental, we believe in creating and providing innovative Ultraviolet (UV) water disinfection solutions for home, industry, and regulated markets around the world. We are a leader in the industry, with back-to-back Deloitte Fast 50 and Deloitte Technology Fast 500 awards in 2021, 2022, and 2023.
We’re looking for an experienced growth focused sales leader for the role of Director of Field Sales to join our team to lead and drive sales in the North American region for the Luminor brand.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4-8 years of direct work experience in leading a high performing sales team.
- Experience in all aspects of sales, including growth strategies, distribution channel management, account development, and business planning.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, coach, lead and direct sales team.
- Solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers.
- Strong business acumen, with a focus on cost analysis, fiscal management, and budgeting techniques.
- Related post-secondary education, or equivalent experience.
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to coordinate and organize meetings, exhibits, and other events.
- Experience coaching and working in SFDC
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office software packages.
- Valid driver’s license and passport
Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE:
The Director, North American Field Sales leads the North American Regional Sales Team to outstanding results delivery achieved through the network of water and plumbing pro channel distribution partners. The individual will apply the necessary skills and aptitudes to deliver the required growth strategies and tactics at the account and region level.
This individual will coach the team to identify, qualify, and follow up effectively with prospects and leads. While handling sales queries, making sales, negotiating and developing relationships with current and potential customers. The Director, North American Sales leads the North American Sales Team and helps develop strategies to maximize sales in the industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspire, lead and develop North American Sales Team to deliver the required annual revenue targets.
- Understands the market, competitive set and the opportunities available to maximize the LUMINOR business growth.
- Owns key relationships at group level customers, to help deliver improved field performance.
- Maintains accurate, complete and timely sales information for business reporting.
- Analyzes the effectiveness of sales programs; recommend and implement changes based on findings.
- Develops and implements distribution strategies, reselling agreements, and other growth opportunities.
- Develops, manages, and nurtures new business accounts and partnerships to accomplish profit and volume goals.
- Investigates and addresses customer concerns in a professional, productive, and timely manner.
- Prepares accurate business reporting and forecasting.
- Works with the Marketing department to keep account activities and literature current, accurate, and complete.
- Contributes to the design of a winning strategy in the segment.
- Attend trade shows as necessary.
- Maintains the LUMINOR brand in the marketplace
- Other duties as necessary.
