Description:

You will partner directly with the CFO of Fresenius Kabi Deutschland GmbH, ensuring we stay on track to meet and exceed our financial goals. In this highly visible role, you’ll dive into financial analysis, drive key strategic initiatives, and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of one of the world’s most respected healthcare organizations.

Your assignments
- Be a catalyst for change, continually driving the financial organization to the next level of performance
- Deliver in-depth analysis and actionable insights on costs, performance, cash flow, and compliance across Kabi Germany’s Legal Entities
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, offering strategic recommendations to enhance performance
- Translate data into compelling reports and management presentations that drive decision-making
- Lead internal and external benchmarking efforts to keep us ahead of the curve
- Build strong partnerships with local controllers, ensuring seamless collaboration across our German entities
- Play a critical role in executing the digitalization roadmap, with a focus on implementing front-end tools and dynamic dashboards
Your profile
- You have a degree in Business Administration or a related field and bring at least 8 years of experience in finance and at least 4 years of experience in FP&A or Controlling within a multinational environment
- A background in medical technology or healthcare is a plus, but not required
- You’re highly analytical, with a structured approach to problem-solving and the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Proactive and driven, you’re always looking for ways to innovate and improve processes
- You excel in communication, influence, and teamwork, with the ability to foster cross-functional collaboration
- You have a deep understanding of financial tools, with proficiency in MS Office and SAP modules (SEM-BCS, CO, BW). Experience with Power BI or similar tools is a bonus
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken), you’re able to navigate an international setting with ease
