Description:
EDUCATION
- An undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting is required
- An MBA, CMA or CPA is strongly desired
EXPERIENCE
- Extensive business and people leadership experience at a senior level
- Prior experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Operational Finance
- Experience in the Life Sciences or Diagnostics (IVD) industry is desired
- Experience with SAP, Hyperion and Hyperion Planning is desired

Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and inspire a diverse finance team including Global FP&A and Opex Controllers, Finance Transformation and Data team
- Drive clarity, alignment, and support within the broader MBD finance organization, aligning teams around shared goals. Build and maintain an impactful, engaged Finance team and champion a culture of continuous change and improvement
