POSITION SUMMARY:

  • The Director, Foodservice Equipment Sales reports to the Vice President, Contract Sales
  • Located in Florida
  • Full-Time
  • Remote within Florida
    The Director of Foodservice Equipment Sales is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving sales within the respective business segments within the Florida region. With extensive experience in foodservice equipment sales, leasing and/or institutional sales management, the Director will develop and execute strategic plans to maximize sales revenue, expand market share, lead the salesforce, and build strong relationships with key clients. This role requires exceptional leadership, sales management, and negotiation skills to drive growth and achieve business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent military or practical experience.
  • Proven track record of success in foodservice equipment sales management, with 12-15 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in the healthcare, education, government, or corporate sectors preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a high-performing sales team and drive results in a competitive market environment.
  • Team management and leadership experience.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.
    The range provided represents the national average pay range for this position and is considered to be a general guideline. Pay for this position will reflect the candidate’s unique qualifications and may be higher or lower than the range provided based on employee geographic location. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other local, state, and federal law.
    In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMark’s’ benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc. Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve contract sales targets and objectives within the assigned region.
  • Identify growth opportunities and market trends to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align contract sales goals with overall business objectives.
  • Sales Leadership and Management:
  • Lead and mentor a team of contract sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team, monitoring performance and providing regular feedback and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance team capabilities and ensure alignment with sales strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region, including healthcare facilities, educational institutions, government agencies, and corporate clients.
  • Identify client needs and preferences, providing customized solutions and proposals to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client contracts and deliverables.
  • Business Development and Expansion:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, including new markets, segments, and industries.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand market share and increase penetration in existing markets.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the organization.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities within the region, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
