Introduction on the role:
The Director of FP&A will be responsible for the flawless execution of all aspects of ROW strategic & financial planning processes, delivering impactful analysis and financial reporting to support our commercial channels in attaining near and long-term financial goals. This role will report into the Vice President of Regional Finance
This position is highly visible to senior leaders so absolute focus on details, strong communication and executive presence are paramount.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual strategic planning and budget planning process that align with the long and short-term goals of Crocs and ROW
  • Provide support to the ROW’ commercial leads on developing their respective strategic and annual operating plans.
  • Execute critical financial analysis and identify key actionable plans in support of commercial leads’ strategic direction.
  • Utilize keen business acumen and knowledge of each channel to proactively identify key challenges and develop and implement timely solutions.
  • Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of consolidated forecasting, budgeting, and long range planning, including corporate SG&A and capital spends.
  • Responsible for monitoring the success of the strategic initiative implementation, analyzing the data, and reporting financial results and outcomes.
  • Anticipate needs of senior management and business partners, and prioritize team efforts to deliver results.
  • Drive financial modeling improvements in planning and forecasting to enhance process efficiency, support new initiatives and to accurately capture changing business economics and structure.
  • Operate without much direction with ability to provide critical updates to Vice President of Finance and other senior leaders.
  • Lead the development and evolution of an effective FP&A team.
