How you’ll make an impact: Has both account management and production responsibilities-hybrid role. Has both renewal/retention and new business goals. Responsible for the combined functions of the development and successful acquisition on new business revenue from new and existing clients and providing a high level of client service to assigned accounts. Operates with no supervision in a complex environment. Secures existing business and drives the sale of additional services and coverage levels. Leads Account Executives in developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives intended to identify and satisfy client needs. Typically works with group of accounts among the largest and most complex. About you: Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 6 years related experience. License required. Proven success at managing large/complex client accounts.

Preferred:

  • Professional designation such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or Associate in Risk Management (ARM) preferred. Excellent sales capabilities; outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Track record of competitive success.
