Responsibilities:

As the Director of Global Crisis Communications, you will co-lead the development and execution of a crisis communication strategy that protects the company’s reputation and ensures effective communication during crises at both global and local levels, particularly at the Darmstadt site. You will serve as the primary contact for crisis communications, responding swiftly to emerging issues alongside local management. Your leadership will coordinate crisis response efforts, ensuring timely and accurate communication with stakeholders, including employees, media, and the public. You will also design and implement comprehensive crisis communication plans that align with business objectives. Training will be a key focus, as you develop and conduct crisis communication programs for executives and key personnel. Continuous monitoring of potential crises and post-crisis analysis will enhance future responses. Collaboration with various departments, including Legal and Media Relations, will ensure cohesive strategies. Strong governance and documentation practices will be essential to maintain transparency and stakeholder trust.
