We’re seeking a Global Partner Marketing leader to join our Strategic Marketing team to help elevate our partnership efforts with a wide variety of global partners.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

The global partner marketing director will be responsible for identifying marketing opportunities with our largest strategic partners - which includes card schemes, technology providers, integrators and more - in order to rollout marketing plans and campaigns that are mutually beneficial to all parties and deliver on shared KPIs.
The workload of this role will be split between working directly with our most important partners and program management for various partner marketing projects.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Serve as the marketing counterpart to our global partnership relationship managers and leaders
  • Find new opportunities for marketing activity with our biggest global partners – you need to be exceptionally creative, pro-active and drive projects from concept to completion. You need to be strategic and tactical at the same time.
  • This is a senior individual contributor role that will need strong communication skills to coordinate across multiple functions including in-field partner marketers and local marketing teams
  • Build and maintain results-driven relationships with key partners, driving demand and adoption of joint services and products through and with these partners
  • Create a holistic global partner marketing strategy and mission/vision and evangelise that throughout the business
  • Translate global activities into local go-to-market plans through close collaboration with local marketing teams and regional partner marketing managers - providing guidance, education and playbooks.
  • Act as the primary marketing contact for Worldpay’s strategic partnership leadership team
  • Build exceptional marketing team-to-marketing team relationships with our global partners. Expect to be meeting regularly with the marketing teams of our biggest global partners and often travelling internationally to do so.
  • Work with our customer advocacy team to identify and externally promote partner advocacy
