Description:
Reporting to the Global Head of Product Governance, this role is accountable for the timely and accurate production of reporting and harmonization of global reporting materials.
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading and developing process governance for reporting materials, including, capturing primary audience(s) of report, methodologies/rules for updating, consistency, data sourcing and controls, audit trails, and quality assurance.
- Designing materials for impact ensuring materials remain relevant for our key stakeholders, implementing human-centered design principles, so reporting evolves in a controlled fashion with the agreement of senior leaders on the team, as the business evolves.
- Project management / proactively communicate with impact and effectiveness; execute the process for key deliverables, managing timelines with respect to key reporting deliverables, keeping stakeholders aligned with respect to both contributions and deliverables .
Further, a key objective will be to collaborate with the team and stakeholders to harmonize and automate the existing process & procedures, focusing on efficiency and scalability. In addition, this role and the team will provide project management as it relates to global strategic initiatives, analysis to support product related / strategic initiatives and Management Information and Reporting.
