Join our dynamic team as the Director of Global Strategic Marketing and lead the charge in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive global growth, ensure brand consistency, and adapt seamlessly to regional market nuances.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA is highly preferred.
  • Extensive experience in strategic marketing, particularly in product or species marketing within the animal health and nutrition industry.
  • Track record in leading operating companies and/or larger sales organizations.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of motivating and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Highly proficient in market research, data analysis, and financial management.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate, influence, and build relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Craft targeted marketing strategies for specific species, aligning with market dynamics and consumer needs. Work closely with innovation teams to drive product differentiation.
  • Perform in-depth market research to capture customer behaviors and trends. Analyze competitor strategies to carve out a competitive edge.
  • Lead the strategic marketing team, setting goals and fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration. Drive talent development and recruitment to build a top-tier team.
  • Oversee the strategic marketing budget, ensuring resources are maximized for optimal impact. Monitor expenses and adjust strategies to meet financial targets.
  • Spearhead growth initiatives, expand market share, and explore new market opportunities to boost profitability.
  • Ensure alignment across various teams including product development and supply chain to integrate and execute marketing strategies effectively.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators to measure success and adapt strategies as needed to achieve business goals.
