Furthermore, we hope to see that you can demonstrate:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working with Top Management Consulting and/or from an in-house strategy unit in a larger company
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a people manager for a team of min. 3-4 people
- Experience from a consumer oriented company (e.g. FMCG, retail, branded consumer goods etc.) is considered an advantage.
- Speaks and writes English fluently (language capabilities in one of our key markets will be an advantage.
- Strong project management skills
- Tech-savviness with excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel allowing you to ensure high-quality products
Responsibilities:
- Be a strategic sparring partner and advisor to the senior leadership team of Pandora, backing the decisions with insights and complex problem solving
- Lead and develop team members
- Drive large and complex projects independently with many stakeholders involved, many sub-workstreams / deliverables and high cross-functional project management requirements
- Manage and work together with multiple project resources e.g. other Business Development professionals, colleagues from other departments or external consultants
- Play a key role in identifying strategic challenges and solutions – with active follow through to ensure well-planned execution and full implementation
- Present key findings to senior leadership with impact
- Manage intriguing projects as internal project lead and analytical problem solver to ensure successful delivery and internal anchoring across the business
- Focus on strategy and growth related projects, but also PMO of various multifunctional and transformational initiativ
