REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 1-3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- High energy, strong work ethic, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strategic thinker with a focus on results
- Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Innovative and forward-thinking in approach to talent acquisition
- Fluent English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus

Responsibilities:
The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for developing and executing a strategic recruitment plan that supports the organization’s growth objectives. This role involves overseeing the talent acquisition team, managing the full recruitment cycle, and ensuring that the company attracts top talent. The Director will work closely with senior leadership to forecast staffing needs and implement best practices in talent acquisition and employer branding.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives
- Lead and mentor the global talent acquisition team, ensuring high performance and professional development
- Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast future hiring needs and create proactive recruitment strategies
- Oversee the recruitment budget, optimizing resources for maximum impact
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding
- Build and creatively enhance the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, also at executive search level, maintaining clear communication and timely feedback
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, universities, and professional organizations
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition
- Develop and deliver regular reports on recruitment metrics to senior management!
