WHERE YOU COME IN:

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Director or Head Of Design to be inspired by our beautiful identity package and transform it into impactful assets and campaigns each week. You will have proven leadership skills and the ability to translate complex business requests into briefs for your art, design and motion teams. With a steady team of internal and external contributors, you will ensure a consistency in brand experiences with a discerning eye for detail, an obsessive appetite for collaboration alongside the gravitas and communication skills that only come with success in the field. Combining your design experience with elite communications, you will be the first port of call for all design briefs and ensure the right team members are executing on it.
This role will be based in London (flexible Hybrid) and applicants must have a valid right to work without the need for sponsorship.

AS DIRECTOR/HEAD OF DESIGN, YOU WILL HAVE:

  • 7+ years of experience in graphic design, art direction, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of team management experience across all levels.
  • Agency Art/Graphic Design Management experience or experience managing an agency for a brand.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, particularly in music, entertainment, or tech industries.
  • Proven experience leading design teams and mentoring junior designers.
  • A portfolio showcasing an impressive client list, bursting with innovative thinking and exceptional output.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments, with online design tools (Figma, Canva) and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
