Description:

THE OPPORTUNITY

As Director Human Resources (HR) Business Partner you will lead the strategic HR agenda within Global Regulatory Affairs , aligned with the CSL HR and Business strategies and outcomes to enhance employee and our performance.
You will achieve this by working collaboratively with business leaders to understand our challenges and opportunities. You will develop and provide value adding solutions across a range of HR areas including, talent management, performance management, change management, organisation design, capability development, strategic work force planning, employee engagement and total rewards.
You will workpartner with the HR Operation Centers and the Centers of Expertise (CoE) to provide insightful feedback to specialist functions and important programs.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in human resource management, organisational psychology, business, or related field required
  • Master degree in a relevant field, SHRM certification
  • 10+ years’ experience in progressive HR Business Partner roles, working across multi-country and multicultural environments
  • Demonstrated experience in HR leadership roles
  • Deep and broad knowledge of HR processes gained in a dynamic global organization

Responsibilities:

  • Create the strategic HR agenda, people programs for our Global Regulatory Affairs organization with geographic presence at multiple sites in APAC, Europe (Belgium, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, UK Switzerland), China, Japan, North- and Latin America.
  • Develop an operational HR plan and priorities for our client group to deliver goals
  • Lead strategic workforce planning, organization design and transformation plans across a growing R&D portfolio following our CSL values
  • As Leadership Team member influences and builds relationships with the Global Regulatory Affairs Executive Leadership Team and people leaders to position HR as a trusted advisor to the business
  • Improve department effectives by optimising Global Regulatory Affairs interdependencies in collaboration with other R&D functions in the R&D operating model
  • Support customer group leaders with cyclical annual processes
  • Provide daily leadership coaching to leadership teams and individual executive leaders
  • Lead the talent agenda, identify important roles and talent, and assess talent and pipeline risks across your client group
  • Partnering with COEs and integrating COE services to lead organizational effectiveness through performance, engagement, DEI and culture programs.
  • Partner and consults with Site HR Leads and other Global HRBPs for function specific projects that may have impact on Site functions and other customer groups linked to the function
  • Combines business acumen with data analytics to inform and drive decision-making.
