In this role you will act as the strategic HR Director for the Acute Care Diagnostic Business unit and work closely with the Vice President and his leadership team that includes R&D, Strategic Marketing, Open Innovation, our Commercial business unit on Transcutaneous monitoring and the Project Management Office. You will be responsible to drive the strategic people agenda and execution that is closely aligned to global and regional business and HR priorities (with emphasis on change management, leadership coaching, organizational design and talent planning).
This position is an onsite role based at our entity in Brønshøj, Copenhagen. Here, you will be part of our Global HR Business Partner team and work alongside other dedicated professionals with a shared purpose of offering best in class HR Business Partnering to our stakeholders around the world.
THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field of study such has Human Resources, Psychology, Management or similar.
- 10+ years of experience, within HR business partner roles and working in a matrix environment in an international company.
- Must have experience supporting multiple client groups and adapting, anticipating the needs of a changing technology and innovation driven environment.
- Experience with Organizational design, change management (such as Prosci ADKAR) and driving cultural changes
IT WOULD BE A PLUS IF YOU ALSO POSSESS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN:
- Experience in lean toolbox and / or experience from Continuous improvement environments.
- Analytical and data driven approaches to complex problem solving.
- Experience working in the medical device industry or Life Science space.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders on strategic initiatives that focus on attracting, developing, and retaining talent aligned with the business strategy. This include but are not limited to talent management and development, change management, cultural transformation, employee relations, performance, and succession planning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and other business initiatives.
- Deliver effective and efficient HR processes and services, considering the functional needs and in close collaboration with our Centers of Excellence (COE’s)
- Provide day-to-day guidance to Sr. Leaders and line Management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
