This is your chance to be part of a Corporate Human Resources team at a top global hospitality company! As a Director, HR Consulting, you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton’s most important asset, our Team Members. On the HR Consulting team reporting to VP, HR Consulting you will lead strategic planning and execution for talent development, management, and organizational design within the Human Resources and Hilton Supply Management (HSM) Organization. Your role encompasses overseeing HR advisory activities, driving talent-related projects and initiatives, and ensuring effective talent development across the business. Additionally, you will contribute to the enhancement of Hilton’s HR toolkit and global talent practices.

YOU HAVE THESE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Seven (7) years of experience working in a large, global, corporate, matrixed environment
• Four (4) years of management experience
• Three (3) years of experience developing HR strategy that is aligned with the critical priorities of the business
• Three (3) years of consulting, project management (PM), or Change Management experience
• Travel as needed
