About the role
Kyriba is building out the Global HR Business Partner team and we are recruiting for the newly created HRBP Director for the Global Product and Technology Org.. The individual will be a sounding board and thought partner, coaching executives and senior leaders, and act as a trusted advisor to the business. In partnership with leaders, this individual will be aligning the HR strategy to business objectives, enhancing team performance, supporting employee growth and planning strategic HR initiatives. They will be an expert at driving large-scale change management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Provide strategic HR business partnership and coaching to executives and people leaders to impact engagement, development, and retention of talent
  • Be an advocate, coach, and facilitator for building diverse and inclusive teams
  • Utilize data to derive insights on people trends to recommend, implement, and manage projects and programs
  • Partner with HR Operations to ensure our employees needs and concerns are addressed
  • Identify organizational gaps, and deploy impactful people strategies that enable the teams to perform and scale efficiently
  • In partnership with the Talent Management COE, support the creation, launch, and execution of all Talent Management initiatives such as performance reviews, succession planning, and organizational design
  • Provide counsel and guidance on complex employee relations situations
  • Partner across the Global HR team to recommend, support and deploy programs throughout the organization

Education, Experience & Skills

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree preferred, in business & management, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience as an HRBP - experience working with Tech organizations within a high growth SaaS org preferred
  • 5+ years experience leading others, direct and dotted line
  • Experience conducting investigations into workplace disputes or allegations and recommend appropriate course of action
  • Able to quickly gain credibility and build a strong relationship based on adding value.
  • Ability to actively listen, hear and understand what is said and not said, and comprehend the meaning and intent.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with CXO and SVP level Clients based on expertise.
  • Experience working with cross functional partners and stakeholders in a multi-Country environment
  • Experience influencing and advising executives on talent and employment situations
  • Experience using data to influence decision making outcomes
  • Ability to coach leaders and managers at all levels of the organization on personal and team development
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage multiple, complex, competing priorities
  • Proven ability to drive change management in a rapidly scaling environment
  • Expertise in navigating within ambiguous situations, with high levels of autonomy
  • Experience identifying, designing, and deploying HR interventions within the business
  • Demonstrated experience and a passion for strong collaboration with others (COEs, cross-functional partners, HRBP peers, etc.) to build world class teams
  • Fluency in English is required.
