Description:
By joining Emerson as our Director HR Sweden , you will be owning the entire Sweden HR team to deliver differentiated partnership, HR services and employee experience for all employees across the country.
As an important member of the HR and Emerson leadership teams, you will be accountable for growth in our business, improved engagement across the organization and efficiency of the function.
You will be leading both strategic and tactical HR work across Sweden in alignment with business needs and global functional HR needs.

Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Business Partnership : Deploy HR strategies across Sweden in alignment with business and functional goals.
- Country HR : Lead the Sweden HR team to ensure a high level of HR services are realized by our leaders, managers and employees
- Culture Stewardship : Be an owner of driving engagement to market-leading levels through continuing work on realizing an inclusive employee experience.
- Talent Planning : Leading talent acquisition, talent development and talent management to ensure our readiness for current and future needs are well resourced with the best people.
- Internal Communication : Lead local initiatives in alignment with Emerson’s Culture COE to foster transparency, engagement and develop locally meaningful communication in Sweden.
- Union Relations : Continue to build and handle effective and productive working relationships with union representation.
FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or MBA or equivalent experience
- Demonstrable experience leading HR for multinational organizations
- Experience with Swedish employment laws and union relations
- Proficient in Swedish and English
