Lead the development and execution of effective, proactive, targeted HR strategies for domestic properties/Company Services to meet HR needs, including relevant HR policies, host engagement and retention, compensation, host relations, and compliance. Designs processes, protocols, policies, communication, programs and initiatives that effectively support managers and supervisors in retaining the right hosts; compensating hosts competitively; creating/maintaining a Talent-Based Organization (TBO) inspired work environment; managing HR at the property/in departments in compliance with all federal/state laws, regulations and Outrigger policies; and other strategies that encourage and maintain a vibrant, inclusive, diverse, fair and productive work experience for all levels of hosts. Leads The Outrigger Way consistently and credibly through personal example, appropriate coaching, approachability/access, and reinforcement of appropriate principles and practices at all times. Regularly conducts training, including HR compliance, HR policies, TBO training, guest service, management, and other training as directed. Serves as an SME for the HCM module in Workday; assists in process improvement and host engagement in Workday.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years HR experience required in a service-oriented industry; hospitality preferred; and at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Must have working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Compensation& Benefits:
$88,000-97,000 with potential for adjustment based on factors such as an applicant’s skills, experience and/or education.
