As the Director, Human Resources Strategy and Talent Programs, you will implement and influence the execution of Human Resources (HR) strategies and best practices to facilitate the attraction, development, and retention of an engaged and effective workforce in the California district.
This role will sit on-site with the leadership team. Frequent regional travel will be required to influence and build relationships throughout the district.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the District Vice President and leaders to influence and implement people strategies that support business growth.
- Identify, research, and solve HR issues; provide analysis and recommendations to inform strategic thinking and direction within the leadership team; establish HR objectives that support the team’s overall goals.
- Identify, create, and implement plans to promote diversity and inclusion.
- Implement company-wide HR strategies and programs through effective change management, training, and communication.
- Work with field and corporate HR teams to achieve effective and inclusive recruitment, onboarding, employment, compensation, benefits, talent management, and employee development practices.
- Provide leadership and expertise in understanding all aspects of HR management; work with leaders to promote the effective application of the Company’s HR strategies.
- Ensure assigned locations are compliant with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Forecast, develop, and implement an effective workforce plan.
