DESCRIPTION:

The HR Site Director contributes to the growth and profitability of the hospital/entity by providing a full range of human resources support including employee relations programs and services. Supports hospital and health system mission/values to management and employees Acts as a liaison and business partner to leadership in the identification of trends, concerns and resolutions to ensure a work environment is conducive to high productivity, employee engagement, and compliance with governmental regulations. Represents the viewpoint of functional CEO at System HR planning meetings. Estimated salary range for this position is $128012.65 - $166416.45 / year depending on experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Degrees: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum two years prior management experience. Strong written and oral communications a must. Demonstrated ability to work successfully with senior management as strategic partner. Must possess strong negotiation skills. Masters degree a plus.
Minimum Required Experience: 6 Years
