Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an annual fundraising plan for the Foundation, including targets for restricted and unrestricted giving through the annual giving campaign, major giving, endowment programs and events. Create and execute a strategy for a large sustainable base of annual individual donors. Requires working with Director of Alumni Relations & Development for outreach and solicitation of alumni donors and on the development and growth of annual employee giving campaign.
  • Create strategic and tactical plans for engaging community leaders, organizations, and other engaged persons on a goal of raising additional funds in support of specific programs. Serves on boards/organizations whose value to the College extends beyond the specific nature of such entities as a way of building capacity and connections to others who would otherwise not necessarily have awareness and information about all the College provides to our community.
  • Assist in building and grow a major gifts program including identification, cultivation and solicitation of major donors and corporations. Requires documentation of rating and screening procedures for prospects with highest giving potential. Includes utilization of naming opportunities for gift recognition and building of funds for scholarship portfolio and further development of an established donor stewardship program
