    We are looking for a Director, Industrial Field Services to manage and oversee effective and profitable service and installation plans, objectives, budgets, and programs across Canada.
    The Director has the privilege of providing leadership, coaching, and motivation for the service and installation team and is responsible for building solid customer relationships while growing and driving a profitable national Industrial Field Services Division. This is done by identifying, championing, and implementing Company-wide initiatives for the continuous improvement of these functions.

What you’ll be doing…
You will spend your day leading the development and implementation of national/regional/territory service and installation programs policies and procedures. Constantly be reviewing projects for continuous improvement within the Field Service division and the Company. You will also be analyze, reporting and implementing necessary changes to meet predetermined KPI’s.
Through your interactions with the team of Service Technicians and regional leaders, you will support the growth and success of the team by coaching and motivating. As you get to know our business and the customers’ needs, you will ensure each project and installation is done by providing exceptional customer experience
