POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum of seven years of experience in strategic innovation, business development, or related roles.
- Consulting background highly desired
- Excellent research capabilities and ability to identify and evaluate emerging trends and technologies.
- Experience in design thinking and human-centered design with proficiency in conducting user research and gathering insights.
- Proven stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across various departments.
- Strong project management abilities, with expertise in agile methodologies or other frameworks
- Expertise in developing and validating business cases.
- Exceptional facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Experience in prototyping and minimum viable product (MVP) development.
- Ability to translate ideas into actionable plans and roadmaps.
- Financial acumen for basic ROI and cost-benefit analyses.

Responsibilities:
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate the end-to-end innovation lifecycle to transform insights into actionable opportunities, ensuring seamless execution from ideation to commercialization.
- Coordinate the planning, design, and implementation of innovation initiatives that align with strategic priorities and deliver increased value for customers.
- Establish and maintain frameworks for evaluating ideas across feasibility, viability, and desirability to accelerate decision-making.
- Provide hands-on coordination, connection, and innovation process management to drive ideas through stage gate processes efficiently.
- Support cross-functional alignment and communication to achieve opportunity objectives, coordinating resources effectively.
- Define milestones, metrics, and success criteria for innovation initiatives, and develop detailed project plans to ensure timely execution.
- Actively manage the stage gate process across the organization, preparing materials and documenting decisions to support business case development.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, group facilitation sessions, and other collaborative activities to build on ideas and achieve desired outcomes with a high level of emotional intelligence and situational awareness.
- Identify risks and deploy project, change, and risk management tools to mitigate issues and ensure project success from initiation to closeout.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive efficient outcomes and ensure alignment with business case objectives.
