Description:

The Director of Integrated Analytics will hold a critical leadership role within our Global Marketing group, charged with the strategic oversight and operational integration of our multiple analytics teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of synthesizing diverse data streams to deliver comprehensive insights that drive business outcomes. This role demands a visionary leader capable of unifying distinct analytical groups to achieve seamless full-funnel visibility, ultimately empowering executives with the information necessary to make informed strategic decisions. This position will foster a culture of collaboration and innovation across both in-person and remote teams – ensuring that analytics efforts are closely aligned with the company’s overarching goals. Through adept management and a forward-thinking approach, the Director of Integrated Analytics will play a pivotal role in shaping the analytics landscape, guiding the organization towards data-driven success.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a cohesive analytics strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives, driving growth and optimizing performance across all digital platforms
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the web analytics and revenue analytics teams, ensuring a high level of team performance and engagement. Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement among team members
  • Analytics Integration: Seamlessly integrate data insights from analytics systems to provide a comprehensive view of the customer journey and business performance. Facilitate the merging of disparate data sources to enhance decision-making processes
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the analytics team and key stakeholders, including executive leadership and lead members of the marketing, sales, and product development teams. Translate complex analytical concepts into actionable strategies and insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Process Optimization: Continually assess and improve analytics processes, methodologies, and technologies to increase efficiency, accuracy and value of data insights. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of analytics capabilities
  • Data Governance and Compliance: Oversee data integrity, privacy, and compliance initiatives within the analytics function, ensuring adherence to legal standards and best practices in data management
  • Performance Reporting: Deliver regular, concise, and actionable analytics reports to executive leadership, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Innovation and Research: Foster an environment of innovation within the analytics team, encouraging exploration of new data sources, analytical techniques, and tools. Conduct research on emerging analytics trends and technologies, evaluating their potential impact and application within the organization
  • Cross-Functional Projects: Lead cross-functional projects that leverage analytics to solve complex business problems, improve customer experiences, and drive revenue growth. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope, providing clear communication and coordination across teams
  • Talent Development: Identify skill gaps within the analytics teams and implement development plans to enhance capabilities and prepare for future needs. Cultivate a pipeline of analytics talent through recruitment, mentoring, and professional development initiatives

You will need the following skills and experience:

  • Experience with Salesforce, sales automation and other sales technology platforms
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms like Marketo/Pardot or other automation platforms
  • Exposure to a SaaS product marketing environment
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with exposure to businesses intelligence/analytics tools, data platforms and/or CDPs (Adobe CDP and Power BI are a plus)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to senior leaders and foster collaboration and consensus building across diverse groups
  • Experience working with multiple business groups to understand problems, map solutions and build a roadmap of priorities
  • Familiarity with marketing or sales tech stack management

  • Experience leading analytics technology in a high-growth SaaS company
  • An ambitious self-starting attitude with demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done
  • 12+ years of experience
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Operations, or related field
