We are seeking a Director of Integrated Marketing to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for understanding our customers, creating compelling brand narratives, and leading integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand loyalty and growth at scale.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in brand management and integrated marketing, with a proven track record of building and growing iconic brands at a senior leadership level.
  • Deep expertise in customer insights and data analytics, with the ability to translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Strong executive leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to inspire and influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities at a senior level.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing integrated marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and collaboration.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, customer centric, and forward-thinking brand strategy that aligns with Lyft’s mission and long-term goals.
  • Act as a senior advisor and thought leader within the organization, providing strategic guidance on brand and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure the brand vision is consistently communicated and reinforced across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Lead the evolution of the brand, ensuring it remains relevant, innovative, and resonates deeply with our target audience.
  • Lead the development and execution of high-impact integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, consideration, and preference on a global scale.
  • Collaborate with senior cross-functional leaders, including Product, Growth, and Communications, to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.
  • Manage and cultivate relationships with external agencies and partners to deliver best-in-class creative and media strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, using insights to optimize strategies and tactics for maximum impact.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth.
