We are looking for a Director (m/f/d) Management Systems with curiosity, focus on growth and grit! In this role, you’ll be responsible for the coordination and implementation of an integrated management system (IMS). You’ll monitor the existing management systems, identify needs for a new or different management system based on strategy, legal and business requirements and, hand in hand with the process owners, continuously improve the process landscape at Kardex.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Business Process Management: Gaining an overview of the existing management systems, you drive the systematic allocation of all processes of those systems in a Business Process Management tool in cooperation with the respective process owners.
• Strategy & Standards: You identify the needs for a new integrated management system and define, implement and manage the strategic direction based on ISO-standards as ISO9001 (QMS), (ISO14001 (EMS), ISO45001 (OH&S), ISO50001(EnMS), ISO31000 (RMS) & ISO22301 (BCM) in close alignment with ISO27001 (ISMS) as well as internal standards, industry standards and legal regulations.
• Internal Audits: Coordinating the audit program in cooperation with internal and external experts for specific management systems.
• Consultation & Trainings: You provide consultation to the line managers and process owners and encourage them to identify and work on improvements. Additionally, you deliver presentations and training courses about measurement, analysis, improvement and control
• Projects: You are part of exciting cross-divisional initiatives and programs/projects regarding Management Systems making sure that the collaboration is lean and utilizing the synergies.

Ihr Profil

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, organization, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• More than 5 years management experience/leadership position with a focus on Business Process Management and Integrated Management System in an international industrial environment
• Ideally, you have experience in working with management systems (auditor training for standards to be certified)
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
