The overall goal is to ensure we consistently meet project deliverables. This includes having the ability to make sure all departments works in unison and pull in the same direction.
To excel at the necessary level of this position we are searching for someone that have a balance of people leadership and operational leadership. Meaning you feel confident in your ability to manage and inspire a diverse team of +100 individuals across Europe. Related to operational it means overseeing the marine installation activities, monitor performance, actively interface with Project Management and ensure high standards in safety, quality, and cost-efficiency.

• Marine Engineering(mechanical, cable laying, protection, survey and GIS.)
• Marine Operations (with a pool of competent and experienced offshore personnel)
• Marine Equipment and Offshore Supply (with own facilities at Borg Havn
