Purpose & Scope:

  • To drive optimization of maritime performance and external reporting, emphasizing energy management and deliver comprehensive Maritime Technical Support throughout the organization.
  • Lead maintenance processes, provide strategic input, and manage projects beyond standard fleet management.
  • Spearhead the implementation of new maritime regulations and technology.
  • This role involves managerial responsibilities, including overseeing team members, setting goals, and ensuring project alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient performance monitoring and analysis of performance data.
  • Define solid maintenance processes and monitoring of its effectiveness.
  • Support yard projects and manage assigned projects.
  • Ensure effective drawing and document archive for the fleet.

Key Competencies:

  • Deep maritime technical understanding and an analytic mindset.
  • Good project management skills including major yard stays.
  • Relevant technical Master’s degree.
  • Deep understanding of current maritime rules and regulations including GHG.
  • Extensive relevant experience from the maritime industry.
