Purpose & Scope:
- To drive optimization of maritime performance and external reporting, emphasizing energy management and deliver comprehensive Maritime Technical Support throughout the organization.
- Lead maintenance processes, provide strategic input, and manage projects beyond standard fleet management.
- Spearhead the implementation of new maritime regulations and technology.
- This role involves managerial responsibilities, including overseeing team members, setting goals, and ensuring project alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient performance monitoring and analysis of performance data.
- Define solid maintenance processes and monitoring of its effectiveness.
- Support yard projects and manage assigned projects.
- Ensure effective drawing and document archive for the fleet.
Key Competencies:
- Deep maritime technical understanding and an analytic mindset.
- Good project management skills including major yard stays.
- Relevant technical Master’s degree.
- Deep understanding of current maritime rules and regulations including GHG.
- Extensive relevant experience from the maritime industry.
