Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Business partner and interface with portfolio and solution leaders across the business, efectively building stakeholder relaitonships to build cohesive and collaborative teams to deliver on the strategic marketing agenda.
  • Planning, implementing and reporting marketing demand generation campaigns to grow our pipeline and revenue in Priority High Value Services and technology in our client base and target accounts in the UK&I. This will include managing the blending of campaign materials from the global Demand Generation team and global priorities, along with those of the Divisions and the countries.
  • Leveraging our client segmentation strategy, gaining alignment on the persona audiences and accounts to target, particularly in 1:Many campaign delivery, but also supporting our 1:Few activity.
  • Leading our engagement with the regional Demand Generation COE to identify appropriate global campaigns and driving their adoption in the UK&I, where appropriate.
  • Identifying any gaps in subjects/services that may require creation of new campaigns for UK&I clients and then working with the Demand Generation COE (content and digital marketing teams) to craft compelling, differentiated messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Emded a demand generation engine in the UK&I that enables our marketing to be effective across all areas
  • Working with the Sales Enablement team to help Sales understand the value propositions and campaign plans to ensure successful follow-up.
  • Reviewing and reporting on the sourced and influenced pipeline generation, and velocity through the lead funnel and ultimately the revenue and bookings generated in UK&I
  • Regularly communicating with the country teams to assist in the identification of demand generation activity gaps and to roll-out of campaigns in country.
  • Success will be measured by pipeline, closed revenue and velocity through the demand generation funnel across the region.
