About the job
The Director, Marketing EMEA reports to the Senior Director, Global Field Marketing and Events . This individual is responsible for overseeing regional marketing activities, lead generation, sales growth, and alignment with the overall global marketing strategy. This role operates in partnership with its revenue focused counterparts - Sales, Partner Alliances, Professional Services, Customer Experience and Engagement – as well as collaboratively with Demand Center of Excellence, Field Events, Product Marketing, Brand, and Revenue Operations.
Responsibilities for this role include:
- Build the EMEA marketing strategy to deliver on regional goals and fuel faster growth for the company overall. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across different teams to be a voice and advocate for the EMEA region.
- Work with stakeholders across marketing to deliver on regional multi-channel demand generation campaigns and programs to deliver on revenue and growth targets for the region.
- Contribute to the global digital strategy and activate EMEA focused digital campaigns.
- Manage the EMEA field marketing team to support sales funnel velocity for customer acquisition and renewals.
- Establish clear goals and KPIs for regional marketing efforts that align with the broader team to ensure consistent reporting of metrics.
- Collaborate with other regional Field Marketing teams to refine our lead scoring and SDR enablement programs.
- Proactively engage the regional sales teams to understand the competitive landscape and to continuously optimize our marketing plans.
- Manage a portfolio of regional agencies and vendors as well as the regional marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Together with Legal, ensure compliance of data-privacy requirements around the region.
- Build, retain, and nurture a world-class EMEA-based marketing team that can potentially progress to be senior leaders in the broader marketing organization.
Great Candidates for this Role Will Have:
- A passion to drive growth for PROS with a customer-first mindset.
- Minimum 12 years of technology marketing experience including at least 5 years focused on field and growth marketing. SaaS company experience a plus.
- Demonstrated success delivering outcomes similar to those mentioned above.
- Elasticity to manage from strategy, to planning, to execution, to optimization, to strategy refinement.
- Appreciation for and an ability to work effectively across different cultures.
- Excellent people leadership capabilities.
